In correspondence with the Data Editors of the AEA and the CEA, Ralf Peter (UNCTAD) provided the following statement:
When data for less than 10 countries OR aggregated at HS 4 level or higher (such as BEC and SITC 3 digit) OR sectoral data at HS 6-digit level for less than 100 HS 6-digit products, I herewith provide you permission to place the data used for publications in your repository.
